Brand New!!! This is the southern side of the duplex. The view of the ocean is huge, open, and beautiful. The appliances in the units are all brand new and include a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washer/dryer, and a two-burner stove. The king-size mattress is a brand new Memory foam mattress. Our furniture is all local, custom-made teak wood. The bathroom was fully remodeled and is now open and comfortable. There are two rocking chairs outside and we have HIGHSPEED Internet with Wi-Fi!

We have a nighttime, roaming guard from 6PM-6AM to ensure our guests safety and security! We have a wonderful concierge included in the price of your stay who will help you book tours and activities, give information on the best places to dine, see the sunset (you own unit is a pretty great place) and local tips for an awesome trip! Our lot is just over an acre of lush, tropical gardens, spectacular ocean views, with luxurious touches and serene splendor. There are no units more central than these – a rental car is not needed. We have plenty of on-site parking should you choose to rent a car and the walkways are well lit at night for easy maneuvering after dark. The public bus stop is 50 meters away and taxis pass in front of the lot at all times.
